Betty Sue Creech Elementary
Namesake: The school was named in honor of long-time educator Betty Sue Creech, who taught language arts at Katy Jr. High. Teachers and staff model the example of the school's namesake, who’s most outstanding characteristic was to find each child's special gifts and build on them.

School Mascot: “Comet”, a dachshund dog
